Features and Advantages:

• Developed with the purpose of validating/monitoring sterilization cycles in saturated steam autoclaves (moist heat);

• Composed of a thermoplastic flask that has a disc (carrier) with a minimum population of 105 to 106 bacterial spores;

• Inside the thermoplastic flask there is also a breakable glass ampoule consisting of 5 to 7 ml of culture medium (tryptone).

• At appropriate temperatures and in the presence of spores, the color changes from purple to yellow. Otherwise the color remains original (purple).

• Product of easy interpretation in the validation of sterilization processes.
